I can’t really say this much better than Jeff just did, but I’m psyched to be joining a weekly snarkfest educated discussion, roundtable-style, devoted to rock songs that reached the top of the charts between 1981 and 1991.  It’s called THE WEEK IN ROCK and promises to be way better than that stupid Kurt Loder-hosted thing on that stupid channel back in whenever that stupid decade was.

The idea originated with Kurt – no, not that Kurt, like I said, he’s stupid.  It’s invented, hosted, and moderated (bless his soul, he has no idea what he’s getting himself into) by Kurt of Kurt’s Krap – an excellent writer and future CHART ATTACK! contributor – and features input from other absolutely fantastic music nerds bloggers:
